You may or may not know that one of the things I do for work is read blogs.
For realsies.
But not any blog I choose… assigned blogs, if you will… Several hundred a week, in fact. Give or take a few dozen.
Aaaaanywho. My point… My title just made me want to take me by the ear and rub my own nose in it.
In my readings, I come across LOTS of titles. I would have to say the titles that make me shift in my seat and wimper are:
- Snippets
- Snapshots
- Tidbits
- Stuff
Literally. Sometimes a title like that makes me pull my hair. Not merely want to – I have actually pulled my hair.
So there. Another pet peeve.
However, there comes a point. Like today. When all I can come up with is STUFF.
Hitherhencetofore my title, “Stuff”. Here be that stuff:

- Oh golly. I don’t know-n-stuff…
- Hey. Wanna see a picture of my driveway? It’s 2 football fields long. You can’t see it here, but it is really steep at the top and when we get snow, the van gets stuck. Those are good times-n-stuff.
- I really doubt you wanted to see a picture of my driveway, but I really try to get at least one picture in each post because when my posts automatically post to my Facebook Fan/Like/Ego page, it posts a picture and I like that and I guess I am tired of pictures of Me, hitherhencetofore… my driveway. Makes sense-n-stuff.
- I also like blogs that use pictures, so if I am going to like my own blog and not get on my own nerves, I’d better post a picture in each post… and also choose snappier titles than “Stuff”.
- I think that’ll do.
