These are the birthday cupcakes for Lucy.

It’s been, gosh… I have no idea how many years since I have made home-made ANYTHING for a birthday party.
Ish.
I guess I made cupcakes for Olivia’s birthday last year, but it also resulted in THE GREAT FALL OF 2011…

I learned how to make the cupcake(s) pictured above from The Girl Who Ate Everything.
2 things (give or take):
- These are cute. OBVI.
- These are DELICIOUS!!!
- Like, DE.MOIST.LICIOUS.
- Prolly because there is load of sour cream in the recipe.
- Glory and amen.
The recipe called for white cake mix. I made one batch with white cake mix and another with vanilla.
The vanilla rocks my socks.
