Foodie Friday: Chicken Curry Salad

This recipe is practically “no cook”, except for the fact that you need to cook the chicken… Unless you buy cooked chicken. And in that case – this would be a “no cook” meal.


Curry. People either love it. or they don’t. Do you?

  2. Yum! i usually make it WITHOUT the cashews though.
    Cause I’m allergic. Cashews make my darn mouth ITCH all over.
    Yup. It is bad.

  4. If ever, EVER, you need a guest cook in your kitchen on your Foodie Friday ring me up, sister. I have always wanted to put something in the oven and have it magically appear seconds later cooked AND I have always wanted to use those teeny tiny glass dishes for salt and spices!

    Man. Curry. It’s like space. I’ve not been there yet. Yet, there’s a rocket just waiting for me at the store. All ready for me to board. However, what if space is spicy? I’m chicken. Not the neat, cubed, white breast chicken used in this fine recipe. Nay, I’m the yucky, slimy, chicken wrapped up in cellophane with the bumpy pink skin still attached chicken.

    However, the days are short. I must conquer my fears, climb aboard this rocket and whisk myself to the Adventureland known as CURRY.
