Our team name (there were 11 runners) was: The VelociRaptors.
On account of the fact we were so full of velocity and rapting and whathaveyou.
Of course, I brought some window paint. Looks like I pretty much rock at drawring a VelociRaptor on van windows:
You peed a little, didn’t you. I know. We’re scary like that. *RAWR* *scratchscratch*
Let’s see… our van (Van #2, yes NUMBER TWO… I heard you snicker), was probably the only vehicle on the race course with it’s own coffee pot making coffee… Yeah. We rocked.
I saw full-on double rainbows!!!
Other schtuffs:
- My ankle did GREAT. Well, I’lllllll BE!
- It was my tummy that screamed at me the most. She was not of the Happy.
- We started at 9 a.m. on Friday
- We finished at 1:30 on Saturday afternoon.
- I slept for 20 minutes at around midnight on the front lawn of some school.
- I slept for 2.5 hours on a hard gym floor.
- That was it for sleep.
- My team was incredible… more on them later.
- And IÂ (well, the whole team) got a medal! If you look closely… you will see it has a bottle opener. Coolest. Medal. EVER!
