I have a complaint. It’s about coffee mugs. (VLOG!)

Have you ever noticed how coffee mugs are biased.

They favor the lefties.

See? If I have a fun mug with a picture or something fun, I DON’T NEED TO SEE IT. I KNOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE?!

What about the people I am having coffee with?

I think we right-handers need to unite and DEMAND the coffee mug maker people FINALLY make graphic mugs to fit OUR needs.

Anybody with me?

#mugsforrightiesunite

I am outraged.

Ish.

I am not a lefty!

P.S. Dont forget about my $100 eBay gift card giveaway, yo!!! That could buy A LOT of mugs!

Excellent idea, Jenny. Have you seen any mugs with printed messages inside, at the bottom? “Empty” or “Want more?”

  2. I live in Wales, so I feel your pain on the lack o sunlight thing.

    And on the mugs.

Although that doesn’t have anything to do with Wales.

Although…I do have a cool coffee mug that has a MAP of where I live on it, and it wraps all the way around it. So everyone can see on it where I live.

Even though they already know, since they are sitting in my living room.

    What was I talking about?

My goodness, you are right. I prefer to hold my cup with the right hand. I think….

  4. Jen says:

I have always ever had plain coffee mugs but I see the issue here.

    • Now, if a mug comes plain, that’s one thing, but if there is one side with a graphic/image…. then that is my problem. Actually, I prefer white dinner wear and have many white mugs. That way one can accessorize the table with reckless abandon!

  5. Tarrant says:

Ha. They make special mugs for lefties because otherwise WE never see the cuteness on the mug when we are holding it.

  6. Michelle W says:

Sometimes I use BOTH my hands. Then the handle is just hangin’ out there in the way. Pfffft.
We need to have coffee one of these days so we can see eachothers’ cups.
    Heh.

OUTRAGED!!! I so feel you Jenny! I, too am a person of the right handed persuasion. Some people just have all the luck, I tell you…My dearest daughter is a lefty (along with her her dad, who doesn’t even drink coffee, btw… don’t get me started). Something must be done post haste!!! I’ll be right over!! ;o) Did I ever tell you about my mug collection??

  8. Andrea says:

LOL! “Left handed people get all the priveleges” So funny. Examples I can think of immediately:scissors, can openers, microwave keypads. Can you tell I’m a lefty? I’ve never thought about how other people see my mugs. Maybe I don’t have the right kind of mugs. IF you succeed in this cause I will be forced to buy all my mugs with upbeat, positive messages:

    “You are an awesome mom!”
    “You look beautiful today.”
    “In the presence of greatness.”

    Along those lines πŸ™‚
